With over 15 years in high-end residential construction, Christian has led the delivery of large-scale custom homes built to high standards of quality and detail. These roots have shaped everything we as a company represent today — relationships, accountability, and a deep respect for quality worksmanship.

Think Projects was founded in mid-2025, driven by our desire to pursue fast-paced, detail-focused work. After gaining experience on a select number of commercial projects during our residential building careers, we found ourselves drawn to the precision, energy, and creative thinking that complex designs demand. It became clear to us that this was the direction we wanted to take.

Coinciding with our residential upbringing - we also have a genuine passion for energy-efficient building and futureproofing spaces. We believe good construction isn’t just about how something looks on completion — it’s about longevity of the space, how it will perform with constant use and what’s behind the exterior.

We’ve a strong interest in problem solving. From diagnosing complex building issues across commercial, industrial, and residential projects to tackling the small, intricate jobs - we thrive on finding smart, practical solutions. We understand how to work within budgets while still achieving the desired outcome — balancing cost, quality, and functionality without compromise.

As a small team, we intentionally remove the “commercial” feel from shop and office fitouts. Opening a venue or launching a new space is a big leap, and working with large firms might feel overwhelming for some. We prioritise genuine relationships, clear communication, and a hands-on approach that keeps the process collaborative and personal.
