COVID-19 Statement

At Think Project Services, we take safety seriously. We want to assure you that we are following all necessary procedures and precautions in line with Australian Government Regulations and the Department of Health guidelines, to ensure the safety of our employees, subcontractors and clients, while we continue to operate our worksites during this Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Our Business Continuity Plan
We're well prepared to continue operating through this uncertain period and are committed to ensuring our projects continue to run on time, to budget and finished to a high standard.
This includes:
- Meticulous hygiene practices on our work sites and joinery workshop
- Staff education on important prevention measures as well as consistent communication on any policy changes
- Segregating work groups on work sites and joinery workshop
- Implementing remote working arrangements for office staff
- Signed health declarations from our workers daily
NDIS Home Modifications
Home visits for quotation purposes and building works will still be conducted. Our workers have completed the NDIS recommended “COVID-19 Infection Control Training” provided by the Department of Health.
Prior to the visit our site supervisor will call ahead to ask whether the participant/client, and anyone else present in the home, has recently been in contact with someone who has COVID-19 or has travelled overseas or has any cold, fever or flu-like symptoms. We will also take precautionary measures such as sanitising our hands prior to meeting and practice social distancing.
Joinery Services
Our in-house joinery workshop continues to operate at full capacity. As the situation evolves, we will update our website as necessary with any changes to our supply or production.
What's next?
We are actively monitoring the situation, and will continue to follow the advice from the Government, NDIS and medical experts to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff.
