MATTHEW HOPE
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Matthew's experience in the Building & Construction industry spans across 25 years. Ranging from Project Management for some of the Industry's best known Companies, to specialising in highly detailed construction for World leading Architects; Glenn Murcutt, Wendy Lewin and Silvester Fuller, to name a few.
Some of Matthew's most notable and impressive Interior fitouts are found in projects such as "Stadium Australia" and the Westin Hotel, Sydney. Further detail includes;
Extensive experience in high end and detailed Architectural Residential Construction. Residential Projects ranging up to $4.0 million.
Public Buildings - The University of Wollongong, Schools, Nursing Homes, Churches, Custom Coaches Manufacturing facility and other Manufacturing / Assembly factories for the Byron Group. Such projects ranging up to $9.0 million.
Detailed Architectural designed Restaurants & Office Fitouts, ranging up to $2.0 million.

WAYNE SWANSBRA
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
With full turn-key/design and construct experience within the building and construction industries, Wayne has a focus on structural and commercial construction. His responsibilities include site management, day-to-day programming of sub-constructors, co-ordination of sub-contractors and materials, project budget accountability, strong leadership and the ability to trouble shoot and resolve site issues. He is recognised for being on time and on budget while delivering and promoting safe work practices.
KYLE LIEPA-KELLY

Kyle is an experienced Site Supervisor and oversees our Newcastle projects. He has a proven track record of managing teams and achieving exceptional results with a demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
KIM CHASE
ADMINISTRATION & DESIGN
Kim oversees our office operations and is committed to creating a professional environment at all points of contact - in the office, on our sites and with our brand.
Kim holds a Diploma of Interior Design and Decoration and her passion lies in making client's visions come to life through the power of 3D modelling. Kim loves to work with new design ideas, and pays close attention to ensure our design concepts tick all our clients boxes, and are communicated effectively.
Kim is an integral part of our design team, applying her passion and skill for interior design to our design concepts, and produces our design documentation including floor plans, 3D modelling and presentation documents.
JOHN MAKEDONEZ
JOINERY WORKSHOP MANAGER
John is a great addition to our team and brings with him a wealth of expertise with over 20+ years of experience in the industry. John will work with you to create custom design solutions according to your specific space requirements and needs.
John also manages the running of our Workshop located in West Gosford.
